Today, we successfully shipped a 6000L medium-sized hydroseeder to an Australian customer, primarily for their local landscaping projects.
This 6000L medium-sized hydroseeder is equipped with an 83kW diesel engine, providing powerful and stable operation, easily handling complex and varied field environments. The equipment features a high-pressure pumping system with a maximum displacement of 90m³/h (1500 liters/minute) and a spraying distance of up to 80 meters, enabling efficient operation even on steep slopes of up to 60° or in areas with complex terrain.

1. Large capacity design: The 6000L (approximately 1585 gallons) mixing tank capacity is ideal for medium to large-scale landscaping projects, such as slope greening, soil and water conservation, park construction, and commercial land vegetation restoration, significantly reducing the frequency of water and material refills and improving operational efficiency.
2. High-efficiency mixing system: Employs a powerful mechanical mixing structure (such as a mixing paddle or circulating spray system) to ensure thorough mixing of seeds, mulch, fertilizer, binder, and water, preventing material sedimentation and ensuring uniform spraying.
3. High-performance pump set: Equipped with a high-flow centrifugal pump, it boasts excellent delivery capacity, enabling continuous spraying over long distances and at high lift. It is recommended to pay attention to its flow rate (GPM/LPM) and working pressure (PSI/bar) parameters.
4. Convenient hose deployment and retraction: Standard configuration includes a hydraulically or electrically driven automatic hose reel for easy and rapid hose deployment and retraction. Hose length is typically 30 to 60 meters, which can be flexibly selected according to the actual operating range.5. Robust mobile chassis: The entire machine is mostly designed for trailer transport, facilitating towing by pickup trucks or SUVs. The robust chassis structure is equipped with a good shock absorption system and compliant lighting devices, adaptable to various road conditions.
6. Independent power system: Driven by a dedicated gasoline or diesel engine, the water pump and mixing device do not rely on the power of a towing vehicle, making operation more flexible and reliable.
