Today, we completed the loading and shipment of a cement foaming machine. The equipment will be shipped by sea to Indonesia for use in the roof and floor insulation project of a large commercial complex. Foamed concrete, due to its low thermal conductivity and convenient construction, has become the preferred solution for roof and floor insulation.
1. High Efficiency and Energy Saving: Utilizing high-pressure foaming technology, the foam density is uniform, and a single unit can produce up to 100 cubic meters per day, a 30% increase in efficiency compared to traditional equipment.
2. Intelligent Control: Equipped with a PLC automatic control system, it precisely adjusts the gas-liquid ratio, reducing manual errors and ensuring consistent construction quality.

Prior to shipment, the equipment underwent a 72-hour continuous operation test, simulating operation in high-temperature and high-humidity environments. The focus was on verifying foaming stability, pumping pressure, and electrical system safety. The quality inspection team also customized a multilingual operating manual and maintenance video for the customer, and arranged for a technical engineer to provide onboard remote guidance to ensure the equipment could be put into operation quickly upon arrival.
