Today, our factory completed two diesel grout pump with mixers for a client in the UAE, primarily for tunnel engineering. The diesel grout pump station integrates a high-speed mixing tank and a grouting pump, enabling real-time mixing and continuous delivery of the grout. Its mixing system ensures grout uniformity, preventing segregation, while the grouting pump provides stable pressure to meet the precise grouting needs of tunnel backfilling and rock mass reinforcement.

Typical applications of the diesel grout pump with mixer in tunnels:

1. Tunnel Backfilling and Lining Reinforcement:
After tunnel excavation, the gaps between the initial support and secondary lining need to be filled with grout. The diesel grouting pump can deliver cement-based or chemical grouts, with pressure typically adjusted to 0.41-0.78 MPa (cement grout) or 0.22-0.42 MPa (chemical grout), ensuring full penetration and solidification of the grout, thus improving structural stability.
2. Rock Consolidation and Water Stopping:
For fault fracture zones or seepage areas, the equipment can inject high-polymer chemical grout to form a seepage barrier. For example, in the construction of tunnels in hydraulic engineering projects, pressure gauges are used to monitor grouting pressure in real time, and grouting plugs are used to achieve segmented sealing grouting, effectively controlling leakage.
3. Foundation Treatment and Void Filling:
At tunnel entrances or in soft soil foundations, the equipment can be used for compaction grouting. High-pressure injection of cement grout compacts the surrounding soil, improving the bearing capacity of the foundation.

Construction Precautions: 
Grout Mixing Control:
Adjust the water-cement ratio according to geological conditions to avoid excessively thin grout leading to segregation or excessively thick grout clogging the pipeline.
Pressure Monitoring:
Install pressure gauges at the grouting borehole to monitor pressure changes in real time and prevent overpressure from causing structural damage.
Equipment Maintenance:
Regularly check the wear of the diesel engine, pump seals, and agitator blades to extend the equipment's service life.
