Recently, Gaode Equipment successfully reached cooperation with a customer in the Philippines with its professional products and high-quality services, and successfully completed the delivery of a small grouting pump station, which solved the problem of pressurized filling of mortar mixture in the existing foundation with cavities and settlement pits.
The opportunity for this cooperation stems from the customer's demand for a grouting pump station with a mixer that can perform grouting operations 10 meters underground. On February 7, a customer from the Philippines took the initiative to contact Gaode Equipment, expressed a clear purchase intention, and hoped to obtain the best quotation and detailed product specifications.
In the early stage of communication, our staff responded quickly and actively communicated with the customer. The customer detailed the application scenario of filling cavities and settlement pits in the existing foundation, and put forward specific requirements for the pressure and flow of the grouting pump: the pressure must reach at least 2 bar to pump cement mortar, the flow rate must be at least 10 liters/minute, and the mortar must contain fine sand and a water-cement ratio of 0.50.
According to customer needs, we first recommended a grouting equipment that integrates mixing, mixing storage and pumping functions, and provided product links for customer reference. However, the customer thought the equipment was too large and asked if there was a smaller equipment available. Subsequently, a manual grouting pump was recommended with a maximum flow rate of 10 liters/minute and a maximum pressure of 10 bar, but the equipment only had a pumping function and did not include a mortar mixer. The customer clearly stated that he needed a device with a mixer.
In response to the customer's special needs, our company further adjusted the plan and recommended a small mortar mixer with a volume of 300 liters. But new problems followed one after another. The working voltage of the mixer was 380V, while the power supply at the customer's site was 220V.
