Injection plant for Dam

Injection plant is a combination of a grout mixer, a grout agitator, a grout pump and a hydraulic power pack system. Grouting can extend the life of existing structures that experience severe degradation due to erosion or freeze/thaw damage. Cement, fine cement, fly ash and mixtures are usually used for dam grouting projects. Dam grouting can be carried out from the bottom up. We call it pre-grouting, or from top to bottom, we call it the front grout. Before the dam grouting project, we need to understand the dam conditions, and carry out grouting experience, water-cement ratio, grouting material output, etc., so that we can find the most suitable grouting effect.

When selecting grout injection equipment for the dam, it should be able to provide, mix, agitate and pump grout and additives. At pressures not greater than 50 bar, the equipment shall have a minimum capacity of 100 L / min grout. The number of grouting equipment should be consistent with the work specified in this document.
