The refractory castable gunning machine is designed for refractory castables. Compared with the ordinary dry-mixing spray machine, it has some outstanding features: low rebound, low dust, reduced water addition, improved compactness and strength of refractory materials, and can effectively reduce the waste of refractory materials. This is very important for the end user. It is well known that the price of refractory castable gunning machine is higher than that of ordinary concrete, and saving refractory castables is equivalent to saving production costs.
As GAODETEC equipment for refractory castable gunning machine suppliers, two different output castable spraying have been developed. For each type of refractory spray gun, it is equipped with ABB frequency converter, high pressure water pump and new pre-damped nozzle. The ABB frequency converter regulates the motor speed and controls the output, while avoiding clogging the hose due to excessive output during start-up. The high-pressure water pump can supply high-pressure water to the spray gun, and the water and the refractory castable can be thoroughly mixed with the refractory material by the atomization of the water-water ring hole. In the new pre-wetting nozzle, there are two needle valves that control two water pipes. The operator can adjust the needle valve to precisely control the amount of water, and if so, greatly reduces the operator's proficiency requirements.
