Today, our factory shipped a 1000kg homogenous refractory pan mixer with speed control. It can mix 1000kg of refractory materials, meeting the needs of large-scale production. Through forced mixing technology, it ensures that materials achieve uniform mixing in a short time, avoiding segregation. It also supports adjustable mixing speed, allowing for optimised mixing based on material characteristics (such as particle size and viscosity). The mixer is made of wear-resistant materials, suitable for high-intensity continuous operation, extending equipment life.

Homogenization and Speed Control Characteristics:
1. Homogenization Design: The bottom and inner wall of the mixing pan are lined with high-wear-resistant steel plates.

2. Equipped with 5 different stirring arms to ensure thorough and uniform mixing of refractory materials.
3. Anti-stick design to prevent material adhesion.

Speed Control Methods:
1. The basic model uses a fixed speed (39 rpm).
2. High-end models can achieve speed control through the following methods:
VFD: Precise speed control by adjusting the power supply frequency
Mechanical gearbox: Provides multiple fixed speed selections
PLC control system: Programmable for automatic speed adjustment at different stages.

1. Homogeneous mixing capability: The mixing arm design combines rotation and revolution to form a complex mixing trajectory, covering the entire mixing drum and ensuring no dead zones in the mixing.
Suitable for high-alumina castables, corundum castables, and other high-requirement refractory materials, meeting the industry's stringent standards for uniformity.
2. Speed adjustment function: The mixing speed can be steplessly adjusted via a frequency converter or manual adjustment device to adapt to different formulations and production rhythms.
For example: For high-viscosity materials, the rotation speed can be reduced to enhance shear force; for low-viscosity materials, the rotation speed can be increased to shorten mixing time.
3. Wear-resistant and Corrosion-resistant Design The inner wall and bottom of the mixing drum are made of high-chromium alloy wear-resistant plates to resist wear from hard particles and reduce maintenance frequency.
Key components (such as the mixing arm and liner) can be quickly replaced, reducing downtime losses.

Refractory material production: high-alumina castables, low-cement castables, steel fiber castables, etc.
Steel industry: furnace lining repair, preparation of sprayed materials.
Other fields: friction materials, chemical materials, precast concrete, and other scenarios requiring homogeneous mixing.
