■ Description
The furnace debricking machine, also known as a furnace dismantling machine or hydraulic furnace breaker, is specially designed for converter maintenance and refractory lining removal in steel plants. Driven by a powerful hydraulic system, the machine converts hydraulic oil pressure into controlled cylinder movement, enabling the working arm to extend, retract, lift and lower with precision.
 
Its main functions include routine slag removal around the furnace mouth, drilling and enlarging converter tap holes, and dismantling worn refractory linings during major furnace overhauls. The working arm integrates a main swing arm, telescopic arm, support bracket, hydraulic cylinders and a hose guide device. Boom lifting and lowering are controlled hydraulically to provide stable and flexible operation at different working positions.
 
A height-adjustable worktable and secure clamping mechanism help prevent unwanted sliding or tilting during operation. The X-shaped welded undercarriage delivers excellent rigidity and torsional resistance, allowing the furnace debricking machine to perform reliably under demanding metallurgical working conditions.
