■ Description
GCGM1000 Converter refractory hot repair gunning machine must be capable of performing rapid maintenance and repair operations on the worn areas of the converter liner at temperatures below 1,200°C. It can complete actions such as whole-machine traveling, steering, braking, upper-vehicle slewing, positioning of the spraying pipe, and feeding of gunning materials, thereby enabling efficient local repair of the converter liner.

■ Application
GCGM1000 Converter Refractory Hot Repair Gunning Machine is designed for high-temperature maintenance of refractory linings in BOF converters and other steelmaking vessels. It sprays dry or semi-dry refractory repair material onto worn areas, helping restore lining thickness, extend converter service life and reduce shutdown time.

Application Description
 
This refractory gunning machine is widely used in iron and steel plants for rapid hot repair of converter linings. It can accurately deliver refractory material to high-wear sections such as the slag line, charging side, tapping area, furnace wall and converter mouth. Regular gunning repair helps maintain a stable refractory layer, reduce molten-steel contamination risks and increase converter operating cycles.

1. Control Mode: Equipped with both on-board manual control and wireless remote control functions.
2. Power Source: Diesel engine or lithium battery for option.
3. Emergency Function: The gunning machine shall be provided with an emergency function in the event of engine failure; the emergency power source shall be capable of controlling all actuations to quickly move the machine away from the site.
