■ Description
The Gaode chemical dosing system is an integrated electromechanical solution designed for chemical storage, solution preparation, mixing, metering and controlled injection. It can combine a solution tank, agitator, high-precision metering pump, valves, piping, instruments and an electrical control system into one complete dosing package.
Two-Tier Four-Tank Four-Pump Chemical Dosing System
At the heart of the system is a high-precision metering pump independently developed and manufactured by our company. Depending on the selected pump model and system configuration, the equipment can provide a maximum flow rate of up to 50 m³/h or a maximum discharge pressure of up to 50 MPa, making it suitable for both high-flow chemical delivery and high-pressure injection duties.

Chemical Dosing System in Operation

Solution tanks are available in capacities from 0.5 to 20 m³. Component materials can be selected from 304 stainless steel, 316 stainless steel, carbon steel lined with polymer materials and chemical-resistant engineering plastics according to the properties of the dosing medium.

Manual, automatic, local and remote control configurations are available to meet different operating requirements. The system can be customized for acids, alkalis, salts, dehydration chemicals, biocides, flocculants, corrosion inhibitors and other liquid treatment chemicals.

This industrial chemical dosing system is widely used in petroleum production, oil refining, natural gas processing, chemical plants, metallurgy, water supply, wastewater treatment, thermal power generation, papermaking, pharmaceuticals and food processing.

1. Water and Wastewater Treatment
Used for metering flocculants, coagulants, disinfectants, acids, alkalis, corrosion inhibitors and pH-adjustment chemicals in municipal and industrial water-treatment processes.
2. Oilfield Chemical Injection
Suitable for injecting demulsifiers, dehydration agents, corrosion inhibitors, scale inhibitors, biocides and other chemicals used in oilfield surface gathering and transportation systems.
3. Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Processing
Provides controlled chemical injection for crude-oil treatment, refinery processes, pipeline protection, corrosion control and process conditioning.
