1. When transporting foam concrete, it is necessary to arrange transportation vehicles reasonably. It is necessary to keep the construction site from being pressed as much as possible. After transporting to the site, it is necessary to organize the pouring as soon as possible.
2. Before the foam concrete is built, the snow and dirt on the formwork and the steel bars should be removed.
At the same time, according to the characteristics of the construction site, the concrete with low slump should be used as much as possible, which is beneficial to improve the early strength and speed up the construction progress.
It is forbidden to add water to the foam concrete truck body at the construction site to avoid quality problems.
3. Because the temperature in winter is low, do not sprinkle water on the surface during the process of collecting the foam concrete.
The surface cannot be watered during negative temperature maintenance. After the secondary compaction, it should be covered with a film, covered with a straw bag, and stored in heat storage.
4. Before the foam concrete strength reaches 1.2N/mm2, it is not possible to step on or install the template or bracket. Do not accumulate loads on the foam concrete until the strength reaches 5N/mm2 to avoid causing early cracks.
