Refractory gunning machine is specially designed for spraying refractory in steel plant. Equipped with ABB frequency converter, high pressure water pump, new type pre-dampening nozzle assy, etc. ABB frequency converter used for controlling rotor body speed, and adjusting the output from 1m3/h to 3m3/h. High pressure water pump is mainly used for provide high pressure water for nozzle assy. High pressure water atomize through nozzle assy water ring hole, mixed even with refractory materials.
Thailand customer purchased one set of refractory gunning machine from us used in local steel plant. In the working site, usually load refractory materials, castable with big bag. In order to save labor, there is one big hopper using for loading refractory materials, materials go through refractory gunning machine hopper through hopper, avoid add materials by manual. There are much difference between refractory gunning machine and common dry mix shotcrete machine. Usually, for common dry mix shotcrete machine, without ABB frequency converter, high pressure water pump and new pre-dampening nozzle assy. Sealing plate is also different between refractory gunning machine and common dry mix shotcrete machine.
