The pressure of the pump depends on the depth of the drilling hole, the resistance of the channel through which the flushing fluid passes and the properties of the flushing fluid. The deeper the hole is drilled, the greater the resistance of the line and the higher the pressure required.
With the change of the diameter and depth of the drilling hole, the displacement of the pump can be adjusted at any time. In the pump mechanism is provided with a gearbox or a hydraulic motor to adjust its speed, in order to achieve the purpose of changing the displacement. Therefore, when replacing the impeller, attention should be paid to the clearance meeting the requirements of the drawings. The clearance adjustment can be carried out by adjusting screws on the back bearing body. The allowable suction range of mud pump is measured when conveying clean water, and the influence of mud on suction capacity should be considered when pumping mud.
Construction departments shall have specialized maintenance personnel responsible for the maintenance and repair of construction machinery.
