(1) Sprayer: It is mainly composed of a hopper, a mixing device, a discharge elbow, a gas system, a rotor, a reducer and other parts. The motor drives the rotor to rotate through the reducer. The mixed material is loaded into the rotor, and the air pipeline in the air system sends it out of the discharge elbow. Then, the assistant of the auxiliary air inlet pipeline in the air system sprays the mixed material through the feed pipe and the nozzle to the sprayed surface.
(2) Cement slurry mixer: It is mainly composed of a motor, a gearbox, a water tank, an upper mixing barrel, a lower mixing barrel, a water tank control valve, and a discharge valve of the upper mixing barrel. This cement slurry mixer is a double-barrel type. The upper barrel is first mixed with a barrel and then put into the lower barrel as a preparation. After the upper barrel is mixed with another barrel, the mud pump is started, so that it can work continuously.
(3) Extrusion cement slurry pump: It is mainly composed of a motor, a gearbox, a pump housing, an eccentric wheel frame, a rubber hose, a pipe joint, etc. This pump is a positive displacement pump that does not require water injection and has strong self-priming ability.
(4) Mixing device: This mixing device is composed of left and right spiral mixing assemblies and a mud input device. The conveying pipe and the spray gun are connected to the spiral mixing assembly.
