A. pneumatic diaphragm fails to start or slow
1. Check the filter, regulator and lubricator and the air inlet filter is clogged.
2. Check whether the valve is stuck impurities, please remove and clean the valve, piston valve inside to see if there are scratch marks. If the piston surface bright and not pure black, indicating the need to replace worn piston and O-rings. Injury marks. If the piston surface bright and not pure black, indicating the need to replace worn piston and O-rings, please replace the new products.
3. Check the spindle and O-ring traces scratches, wear and flattened, and replace if damaged.
B. pump in operation but the flow is too low
1. Check that the pump is free of plaque like, adjust the inlet pressure of the compressed air. Reduced operating speed of the pump to adjust the viscosity and concentration of the larger liquid.
2. Check valve ball is stuck. If delivery of the liquid and the ball does not correspond to the material. The ball will swell. Replace the appropriate ball valve seat material.
3. Check whether the inlet pipe is blocked.
C. outlet fluid contains a large number of bubbles
1. Check whether the diaphragm rupture.
