On June 6, 2015, our company organized the whole staff to conduct a two-day outward-bound training in Longfu village, Longhu town, in order to strengthen team consciousness, improve working enthusiasm and build new corporate culture. The theme of the training is “breaking and perfecting ourselves with unite the cooperation spirit ”.
From organizing a new team to select the team name, slogan, team song within the shortest time, all this indicated that every activity is inseparable from collective wisdom and strength. Under the guidance of instructors, we were divided into two groups to challenge some games such as “trust fall back”, “cross fire”, “bumpy life path” and “dynamic circle of life” and so on. In the process of the game, we wholeheartedly put ourselves into it. What’s more, we pondered how previous work way and behavior pattern affected our work efficiency.
