The jet grouting technology has been developed soil consolidation and waterproofing.
The soil is mixed directly with cement sand and clay layer uniform treatment site, continuous, non-polluting.
Advantages:
• The ability to obtain column consolidate the soil, and from 60 to more than 300 cm in diameter by using a small diameter drill holes, generally not more than 180 - 200 mm.
• More conducive to penetrate the base, rock, rock layers preexisting.
• Use light weight and small rigs working in a small area.
Techniques:
The jet grouting technology classification depends on the number of jet grouting concrete way:
· Mono-fluid system: cement grout is used as breaking-up and consolidation agent .
· Bi-fluid system: cement grout and air are used as breaking-up and consolidation agent .
· Triple-fluid system: water and air are used as breaking-up agents, while the cement grout is used as consolidation agent.
Applications:
• the support structure
• the bottom plug
• diaphragm walls
• ramp merge
• tunnel merger
• impervious wall spacing
• dam closure
All jet grouting techniques including drilling order during and rotating at a preset value, while the injected liquid at high pressure.
