Today, our factory completed a high-pressure diesel-powered jet grouting equipment. This jet grout pump is mainly used in the construction of jet grouting piles, which are a form of ground improvement technique.
The high-pressure grouting equipment is the core of the system, which can usually deliver grouting material at a pressure of 450 bar, and the output can reach 250L/min.
Jet grouting process:
The jet grout equipment is used to inject grout under high pressure into the soil through a nozzle attached to a drill rod. The high-pressure jet breaks down the soil and mixes it with the grout, forming a solidified mass (pile) that improves soil strength and reduces permeability. During this process, cementitious grout is injected at extremely high pressure while the drill string rotates and is gradually withdrawn. The interaction between the rotating jet and the soil produces cylindrical columns of soil-grout mixture. These columns harden over time, providing structural support or acting as effective barriers against groundwater infiltration.

Jet grouting equipment is commonly used in foundation reinforcement, seepage control, and ground stabilization for buildings, bridges, dams, and other infrastructure projects.

These pumps must be robust, efficient, and capable of continuous operation under extreme pressures.
