Today, our factory shipped three 2000L and two 1000L polyethylene tank hydroseeders to our customer in Poland. The customer primarily uses them in landscaping projects. The 2000L capacity balances operational efficiency with portability, covering approximately 500-620 square meters per load, reducing downtime due to frequent refills and avoiding the bulkiness of larger equipment. It's suitable for small to medium-sized landscaping projects or areas with complex terrain.
The polyethylene tank is corrosion-resistant, UV-resistant, and impact-resistant, allowing for long-term storage of water-based or chemical-based hydroseeding slurries (such as mixtures of seeds, fertilizers, binders, and water-retaining agents). This avoids the risk of rust contamination of the slurry associated with traditional metal tanks, extending the equipment's lifespan.
The polyethylene tank hydroseeder is equipped with a gasoline engine, providing stable power output and supporting high-pressure hydroseeding to adapt to varying slopes and distances. An internal mechanical or jet agitator ensures uniform slurry mixing, preventing seed sedimentation and improving hydroseeding results.

River Management: In ecological slope protection projects along riverbanks, spraying wetland plant seeds (such as bermudagrass and vetiver) and adhesives forms a vegetation layer with well-developed root systems, enhancing the riverbank's resistance to erosion while beautifying the landscape.
Mine Revegetation: For exposed rock surfaces after mining, the "hydroseeding" technology is used. First, a layer of organic-rich topsoil is sprayed on, followed by covering with seeds and a water-retaining agent.
