Hydraulic jack with manual pump operation, include full operation step, connecting oil pipe etc.

First of all, the manual pump should be poured into the oil, use 32 # hydraulic oil, Keep up the cleanly of hydraulic oil, usual not need change . Then the two oil pipe connection hydraulic jacks and manual pump, after connecting, you can see the manual pump handle has three change valve, pushed to the bottom. The left oil port of hand pump is contacted with the lower port of cylinder, then start to handle the handle, top pressure, the hydraulic cylinder travel start up. The right oil port of hand pump is contacted with the upper port of cylinder. Then operating change valve, the hydraulic jack stroke start to drop.

Please note:

1. The cylinder is contacted with hand pump, please look at the below picture.

2. 32# or 46# hydraulic oil, both are ok.
3. Keep up the cleanly of hydraulic oil.
4. The oil capacity of hand pump, please fill full.
