2. Allowed unbalance loading must be in 2.5% that the flange hydraulic cylinder required.
3. Flange double acting hydraulic cylinder install the flange on the thread of the neck of hydraulic cylinder.
4. Cleaning the air in the hydraulic cylinder.
5. Double acting hydraulic cylinder can’t be break away from the port of electric hydraulic pump when hydraulic cylinder is loading.
6. Please avoid the piston of flange hydraulic cylinder extend too much.
7. If any leak is appearing, please stop at once and check.
8. Keep hydraulic system cleaning.
9. Please far away hot, fire, rain, seawater, moist, etc.
10. Please regularly check and maintain hydraulic cylinder.
11. The nut of piston and parts must be totally connected with the top of piston.
12. Please use standard hydraulic oil and keep oil pure.
