Heavy duty hose pump is used for pumping a variety of fluids. The fluid is contained within a flexible squeeze hose fitted inside a circular pump house. A rotor with a number of "rollers", "pressure shoes", attached to the external circumference of the rotor compresses the flexible tube. As the rotor rotate, the part of the tube under compression is pinched closed (or "occludes") thus forcing the fluid to be pumped to move through the squeeze hose. Usually, as the tube opens to its natural state after the passing of the cam ("restitution" or "resilience") fluid flow is induced to the pump.
The ideal peristaltic pump for sand cement should have an infinite diameter of the pump head and the largest possible diameter of the rollers. Such an ideal peristaltic pump would offer the longest possible hose service life and provide a constant and pulsation-free flow rate. Such an ideal peristaltic pump can not be constructed in reality. However, peristaltic pumps can be designed to approach these ideal peristaltic pump parameters.
Heavy duty peristaltic pumps are also used in a wide variety of industrial applications. Their unique design makes them especially suited to pumping abrasives and viscous fluids. Hose pump working pressure could be variable from 0~3Mpa, usually Chinese brand squeeze hose max. working pressure is up to 1.5Mpa, while France trelleborg squeeze hose max. working pressure is up to 3Mpa. Gaodetec could provide suitable peristaltic pump for customers according to their project demands. More detailed product information, please check the below link:
