DZCR300-14 is one customized food grade filter press for our Australia client recently. It is a stainless steel multilayer filter for fine filtering. It can be used for the separation of solid liquid of various suspending liquid, which is suitable for medicine, food, chemical industry, environmental protection, water treatment and other industrial fields.
The suspended solution is pumped into filter chamber, under the feeding pressure, the filtrate pass through the filter media and then discharged from the outlet. The solid will becomes to filter cakes. Thus realize solid liquid separation.
Our customized filter press for sale is made of stainless steel 304 or stainless steel 316L, it have advantages of corrosion-resistant and long life-span. The filter plates adopt screw thread structure. It can change filtering media (if use filter membrane, it can even remove the bacteria.) according to your material and your technical requirements. (primary filtration/medial fine filtration/ fine filtration). The layers can be added or decreased to your actual capacity. And our client requires to add 4 layers based on standard 10 layers to meet his demand.
