The traditional light thermal insulation fireproof foam concrete is defined as a mechanical method of making a foaming agent aqueous solution into a foam, and then adding the foam to a slurry composed of a silicon-containing material, a calcium material, water and an admixture, which is mixed, stirred, cast and cured, to be lightweight porous concrete material.
The traditional light thermal insulation fireproof foam concrete has a relatively large bulk density, usually 500 ~ 1200kg / m3, and the thermal conductivity is relatively large, usually 0.12W / (m. K) ~ 0. 30W / (m. K), compressive strength is 3 ~ 14MPa, commonly used for insulation of roofing, self-supporting walls and heat pipes. Modern ultra-light light thermal insulation fireproof foam concrete has small bulk density and thermal conductivity of 80kg/m3 and 0.04W/(m. K) respectively; thermal conductivity of foam concrete with a bulk density of 100kg/m3 is 0.043W/(m. K).
The thermal conductivity of light thermal insulation fireproof foam concrete with a bulk density of 120kg/m3 is 0.047W/ (m. K), which is excellent in thermal performance. At present, materials with low thermal conductivity are usually referred to as thermal insulation materials (the national standard stipulates that when the average temperature is not higher than 350℃, the thermal conductivity is not more than 0.12 W/ (m. K).
