Today, our factory shipped 3 electric refractory concrete spraying machines to an overseas customer. This machine utilizes the combined action of mechanical power and pneumatic pressure to complete the mixing, conveying, and spraying process of refractory concrete.
Its core process can be divided into the following three steps:
1. Material Mixing: Dry powder refractory materials (such as refractory castables and sprayable coatings) are added to the mixing system in proportion to form a uniform wet slurry (wet spraying) or maintain a dry powder state (dry spraying). Wet spraying ensures consistent material properties through premixing, while dry spraying involves adding water in real-time at the spray gun, reducing equipment complexity.
2. High-Pressure Conveying: The mixed material is pressurized by a hydraulic or pneumatic system and conveyed to the spray gun through pipelines. Hydraulic drive adapts to high-viscosity, high-density materials, ensuring conveying stability; the pneumatic system provides power through compressed air, enabling a lightweight design.
3.
