GCP20H-E is a machine that is mainly constituted with hopper, gearbox, frequency control system, hose pump. It is suitable for pumping foam concrete, lightweight form concrete, mortar and refractory materials. This machine has small size and compact structure.
Squeezing tube is Trelleborg hose which has wear-resisting and long service life, and it’s delivery pressure can be up to 3MPa, hose ID is 76mm, the max RPM is 37r/min, so the maximum discharge of GCP20H-E can be up to 20m3/h, but we can adjust flow lower by frequency converter according to the needs of work. The concrete slump suitable for this machine is 15-23cm. Allowed the largest aggregate diameter is 15mm.
The machine is high efficiency and low cost, simple operation and convenient maintenance. Discharge outlet of the hopper was designed specially to operate and clean easily. The wearing parts are squeeze hose that can be replaced easily when it is failure. So it is a cost-effective ideal machine to meet your project requirements.
