Digital Motor Applied in Dosing Pump

Digital motor will be in the stage to take the place of present technology in flow control of dosing pump, which makes high accurate dosing possible.
At present, normal motors are able to make sure continuous accurate flow. However there are many fields that don't need continuous flow, motors are required to be on and off again and again, which makes motor easily overheated, and the accurate time for turning on-off is very hard to control.
So, digital motors are designed to solve this problem. Compacted in a small space, with comparably high torque to make speed very slow, and because it contains position encoder, its speed and position can be transferred accurately to the controlling system. The speed and direction can be adjusted faster and more accurately.
When running, the dosing pump is like a piston, suck liquid from inlet check valve and drain liquid from outlet check valve. Digital motor will speed up the sucking and draining stroke, net pump suction head problem with high viscous liquid will be solved out by slowing down the sucking stroke and speeding up the draining stroke.
