GGP400/700/100PL-D grout station

The GGP400/700/100PL-D grout station is combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic plunger grout pump in one plant. It is mainly suitable for mixing and pumping water, cement, sand, bentonite, filler, clay power, silicates and other additives. It only needs 2-3 minutes to mix. So it can mix up to 6 cubic meters of mixture an hour.

The hydraulic plunger grout pump`s adjustable output is up to100L/min. Its pressure that is adjustable can be up to 10MPa.

The equipment is designed for safe and easy operation. The Mixture slurry is transported to the agitator from mixer when mixing complete by turning handle, then, the pump absorbs slurry from agitator to grout. At this moment, you can mix slurry again when grouting, so mixing and grouting is continuous.

The equipment is the most economical mixer on the market, and has been designed for fast cleaning and maintenance.  All crucial maintenance points are easily accessible.
