This is a unique phenomenon of reciprocating pump is due to the liquid in the pipeline caused by sudden acceleration. In order to prevent this phenomenon, requiring the discharge end of the inertial resistance (Pid) <1.0kgf / cm2, when Pid reach 1.0kgf / cm2, the pipeline will have a shock, would adversely affect the pump and its peripherals.
The solution:
1. Install pulse damper;
2. Increase the outlet end of the pipe diameter and shorten the length of the outlet pipe.
Second, to prevent excessive supply: excess supply is due to the inertia of the pipe fluid flow, affecting the normal operation of the check valve, check valve failure, leading to pump the amount of traffic and unstable. Whenever the suction pipe is too long or less negative side, are likely to produce this phenomenon. Therefore, we ask: pump pressure> inertial resistance Pi (inlet end or the outlet end, whichever is greater).
The solution:
1. Install pulse damper;
2. Install back pressure valve;
3. Try to shorten the length of the import and export pipeline
