On September 9, 2025, a delegation from China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC) visited our factory for an inspection and guidance. This visit not only provided an in-depth review of our past collaborative achievements but also built a solid foundation for future collaborations to reach new heights.
To welcome the CRCC delegation, our entire factory worked tirelessly, conducting comprehensive and meticulous preparations. In the production workshops, workers worked overtime to maintain and debug equipment, ensuring every machine was in optimal operating condition. The meticulously designed exhibition area showcased our core products and technological highlights in the most intuitive and vivid way. In the conference room, relevant personnel repeatedly rehearsed their presentations, striving to clearly and accurately convey our company's development history, technological strengths, product quality, and the achievements of our collaboration to the delegation.
The wet & dry sprayed concrete linings and convey pea-gravel machine, with its efficient conveying capacity and stable performance, ensures the precise placement of granular rock during tunnel support, providing solid support for the tunnel structure. The grouting plant/station, with its precise pressure control and reliable grouting results, effectively prevents water leakage during tunnel excavation, ensuring safe and smooth construction. The squeeze hose pump and belt conveyor, with its flexible conveying methods and strong adaptability, can easily handle the complex terrain and harsh environment within the tunnel, ensuring efficient material transportation.
Over the years, our products have earned the high recognition and trust of China Railway Construction Heavy Industry for their superior quality and reliable performance. Among many major tunneling projects, the new underground raw water tunnel (Qiankeng-Ejing) begins on the north side of the Qiankeng Reservoir and ends on the east side of the Ejing Reservoir. It serves as a crucial link in the east-west water supply system and effectively safeguards the development of a safe and healthy aquatic ecosystem. This project is Longhua District's first TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) water supply tunnel. After strictly implementing the "Six Ones" inspection requirements and filing with the District Water Affairs Bureau, work has fully resumed after the holiday, and the main tunnel excavation has officially begun. The TBM excavation phase has now entered.
Our pea-sized stone shotcrete pumps have played a vital role, providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project. These successful collaborations are not only a vivid demonstration of our mutual technical strength and product quality, but also a solid testimony to our deep cooperative friendship.
At 9:00 AM, the CRCC inspection team arrived at our factory on time. Accompanied by factory leaders, the team first visited the production workshop. Inside, machines roared, and workers were carrying out production in an orderly manner. The inspection team members carefully observed each production process, frequently pausing to inquire about details regarding the product's manufacturing process and quality control. Our technicians and skilled workers patiently and meticulously answered their questions, giving the inspection team a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of our production capabilities and technical expertise.
The inspection team then moved to the product display area. Here, we detailed the technical features, performance advantages, and application cases of products such as the granular stone pump, grouting pump station, and hose pump belt conveyor. The inspection team members listened attentively, engaged in frequent discussions, and fully affirmed the products' innovation and practicality.
During the inspection, CRCC experts, drawing on their extensive industry experience and expertise, provided our factory with valuable guidance and suggestions. Regarding product quality, the experts recommended further strengthening raw material inspection and testing, optimizing production processes, and establishing a more stringent quality traceability system to ensure that every product meets high quality standards. Regarding technological innovation, they encouraged us to increase R&D investment, monitor cutting-edge industry trends, strengthen collaboration with universities and research institutions, and continuously enhance the intelligence and automation of our products to meet the increasingly complex and changing demands of tunnel engineering. Regarding market expansion, we were advised to fully leverage CRCC's global market channels and brand influence, strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, actively explore overseas markets, and enhance our company's international competitiveness.
