XLT-230 full hydraulic crawler DTH drilling rig is suitable for high - rise building deep foundation anchoring, roadbed, road dam reinforcement and other engineering. S-RJP (Speed - RODIN JET PILE) method can create the same modified jet grouting pile in a short time as RJP method. It achieves by increase in the amount of hardening material that in the lower part. RJP workings by using the standard method -- cylindrical type, S-RJP method can use rocking method -- Fan columnar type.
S-RJP method installs the ultra-high pressure jet nozzle and the ultra-high pressure hardening material jetting nozzle in the same direction. It is designed to a back and forth injection angle. Since the injection angle is from 90º to 270º, so the modified body can cause the columnar shape. In the construction site, S-RJP method ensures it cause the same diameter (radius) as the RJP method. Also, it has same characteristic with RJP method.
S-RJP method is inherited the characteristics of ordinary RJP engineering. And at the same time, S-RJP improves its economy and has excellent construction work.
