First, you should use high strength cement as raw material. The higher strength of cement, the higher foam concrete.

The second factor is water cement ratio. A higher ratio of water cement can ensure the better liquidity, so that the foam can be mixed with cement slurry equably, and the compressive strength can increase accordingly.

The performance of foam also can affect the strength very much. If the foaming system in foam concrete machine is not good, the foam made by it would bad to. Under this situation, there would be higher water content in the foam and the density become high. After evaporation, there will be many pores and thermal conductivity would increases. It is not only a waste of foam agent, but also affects the strength.
