The filter plate of the automatic membrane filter press is composed of a membrane plate and a supporting plate. The membrane filter plate uses modified reinforced polyethylene and TPE as raw materials. It is formed in a single pass through a 4000T high-pressure injection molding machine. High pressure clean fluid or gas can be injected into the membrane plate after feeding is done. At this time, the entire membrane filter plate will bulge and press the filter cake, which will result in the further dewatering of the filter cake, can reduce the moisture content of the cake. This entire process is called second squeezing. When treatment of domestic sewage, municipal sewage, the moisture content can be lower to 65%, if treatment other wastewater, the water content will be more lower.
