GGP250/450-250D diesel driven high pressure jet grouting pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single action reciprocating pump, which is designed and manufactured by our company with reference to the advanced structure of foreign plunger pumps.

GGP250/450-250D GGP250/450-250D diesel driven high pressure jet grout pump is composed of several parts: power end(260HP diesel engine), clutch, gear-box(Eaton FAST), universal joint coupling and high-pressure pump. The gearbox has four gears and can be continuously variable as needed. Under the original structure of two speed changes, high-pressure pump adopts a tile type transmission, completely changing the disadvantage of needle roller transmission in similar domestic products, which is prone to damage, and extending the working life of the pump's power end. The tile type transmission structure has normal wear and tear between the tiles and the shaft, but it will not make the project impossible due to sudden damage.

GGP250/450-250D high pressure jet grouting pump provides high-pressure power for strengthening and strengthening weak foundations such as new buildings, highways, high-speed railways, and underground railways. It is also used for uneven settlement treatment of old buildings, deep prevention curtains, soil retaining cofferdams, mine leakage prevention, well barrel protection arms, slope anchoring, and other aspects of reservoir dams and underground construction projects.

It can also be used for high-pressure water harvesting to assist in rock breaking and coal falling, and hydraulic props for underground hydraulic supply, Anchoring includes hydraulic expansion metal anchor rods to pump high-pressure water, dredging and cleaning of large underground pipelines, perforation of high-pressure water jets, or other fields that require the use of high-pressure liquid as power.
