GGP250/450-250D diesel driven high pressure grout pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single action reciprocating pump, which is designed and manufactured by our company with reference to the advanced structure of foreign plunger pumps.

GGP250/450-250D GGP250/450-250D diesel driven high pressure jet grout pump is composed of several parts: power end(260HP diesel engine), clutch, gear-box(Eaton FAST), universal joint coupling and high-pressure pump. The gearbox has four gears and can be continuously variable as needed. Under the original structure of two speed changes, high-pressure pump adopts a tile type transmission, completely changing the disadvantage of needle roller transmission in similar domestic products, which is prone to damage, and extending the working life of the pump's power end. The tile type transmission structure has normal wear and tear between the tiles and the shaft, but it will not make the project impossible due to sudden damage.
