The round plate filter press is mainly suitable for industries with finer particles and higher moisture content of cakes, such as ceramics (bone porcelain, electric porcelain, ornamental porcelain), kaolin, and so on. The filter area of this machine is 20-80 m2.

1. The filter plate adopts a point-shaped conical boss design, which has fast filtration speed, high filter cake dehydration rate, even and thorough washing, and good sealing performance.
2. The chemical performance of the filter plate is stable: strong corrosion resistance, resistance to acid, alkali, salt, non-toxic and tasteless.
3. The round filter plate has excellent geometric properties, making the filter pressure up to 2 MPa.
4. Using hydraulic compression, the maximum compression pressure is 25MPa, and can achieve automatic pressure retention.
