Floor Heating and Thermal insulation layer of Lightweight Concrete

1. Complete plastering interior wall before the cast-in-place construction of lightweight concrete, and clean the ground. Water-soak the ground and the root of metope if there is too dry and not suitable for the construction. The kitchen and toilet should have been done after water storage test qualified.

2. The place which contact with the soil directly or there is wet gas into the ground should be performed after laying the moisture-proof.

3. Firstly determine the leveling line of the thickness of insulation layer before casting; then slick foam concrete with scraper after casting.

4. Lay heating tube after meet the design strength; it should not be conducted the crossover operation in this period, in order to prevent trample damage.

5. The construction personnel must wear flat shoes when laying the heating tube.
