As a newly construction material, the specific gravity of cellular concrete is 380~1600 kg/m3 after solidifying with machine transport, it can bear pressure of 0.3~8MPa. If lightweight concrete is selected, it can not only reduce the building load, but also prevent the noise transmission between floors.

Using foamed concrete, roof can have good thermal insulation. The effect of thermal insulation is 20~30 times of common concrete, so it can keep indoor temperature of attic and other floors basically same, make the room warm in winter and cool in summer. The roof grouted by foamed concrete also have good impervious effect, and has strong waterproof effect by adding appropriate additive, so it can replace other waterproof materials to solve the problem of roof leakage for so long.
Foamed concrete is a thermal insulation and waterproof material and has high cost performance, its cost is low and the process is simple.
