Heavy duty double acting flange hydraulic jack

The heavy-duty double-acting flange hydraulic jack is engineered for demanding lifting, pushing, pulling and structural positioning operations. Its integrated mounting flange enables the jack to be firmly secured to machinery, steel frameworks or synchronized lifting systems, improving operational stability under heavy loads.

Powered by a compatible ZB series high-pressure electric pump, the jack provides hydraulic piston extension and retraction for fast, accurate and controlled movement. The hydraulic system can incorporate overflow protection, overload protection and a safety pressure gauge to reduce the risk of excessive operating pressure.

With high lifting force, compact construction and flexible remote operation, the flange-mounted hydraulic jack is suitable for complex industrial and construction projects. Different tonnages, strokes, closed heights and flange dimensions can be customized according to specific working conditions.
