CLL70-50 Double acting hollow lock nut hydraulic jack is designed for heavy-duty lifting, tensioning, pushing, and load holding applications. With a hollow piston structure, it allows rods, cables, bolts, or tendons to pass through the center, making it ideal for prestressing, bridge construction, structural maintenance, foundation engineering, and industrial equipment positioning.
 

 

The double-acting hydraulic design provides faster piston extension and retraction, improving working efficiency compared with single-acting models. The integrated mechanical lock nut ensures safe load holding for extended periods, even when hydraulic pressure is released.

Push Capacity: 697 kN at 700 bar working pressure

Pull Capacity: 216 kN at 350 bar working pressure

Test pressures (safety margin): 875 bar (push) / 440 bar (pull)

 

Central through-bore enables both pushing and pulling operations, ideal for tendon/strand tensioning, bolt preloading, and bar pulling.
