GF10 Lightweight Foam Concrete Machine for Floor Heating

GF10 Lightweight Foam Concrete Machine for Floor Heating is also called cellular concrete, it is mixed with water, cement and foaming agent (mainly divided it into synthesis product and animal products) according to the proportion. The specific gravity of cellular concrete is 380~1600 kg/m3 after solidifying with machine transport, it can bear pressure of 0.3~8MPa. Foamed concrete is a foamed concrete product of good insulation, impermeability (cellular concrete can be waterproof by adding one process), thermal insulation, light weight, sound insulation, environmental protection. 

1. Applied for insulating layer in floor heating constructions: the surface will flow smooth naturally and is an essential advanced equipment for floor heating construction;
2. Applied for roof insulation constructions: The foam material used in roof insulation is with warm keeping, heat insulating function, it’s effect is 20-30 times the ordinary material, which keeps the room temperature of top floor the same as other floors, warm in winter and cool in summer;
3. Can be used in producing various specifications of cement foam board, cement foam bricks and external wall insulation material;
4. Can be used in filling tunnel and mine internal voids, etc. And applied for insulation of low temperature cold store and refrigerated depot section;
5. Applied in freezing prevention and temperature maintenance of pipeline.
