Multi-layer stainless steel frame filter application for fine filtering

As we all know, filter press is used to separate liquid and solid. And it is most prominent used in sewage treatment industry. Our small stainless steel frame filter is specialized in fine filtering, such as laboratory, chemicals, medicine, food etc.

When operating the stainless steel plate and frame filter equipment, the filter pulp flow into the filter hub through the hole on filter plate’s corner. The filtrate passes through the filter cloth covering the filter plate, and flows down the ditch along the plate, discharge from the tube on the plate. When the filter frame is filled with filter residue,  stop operating. Relax plate and frame, take out the frame and remove the cake. Finally, wash the frame and plate for next use.
